This appears in an appellate brief from Aruba:
"De eerste rechter heeft kennelijk over het hoofd gezien, dat het vonnis, waarmee de geïntimeerde de ***verklaringsprocedure*** heeft kunnen uitlokken, bevat dat..."
I suppose this is a sort of proceeding for the submission of pleadings, but perhaps someone can suggest a better translation. Thanks!
