Dutch term

zoe p-v bijl. 11

Dutch to English Law/Patents Law (general) pleitnota/pleading
I am almost sure this is an abbreviation so there might be dots in between the z the o and the e. The pleading is very badly written and this is put between brackets as a referral to something
(zoe p-v bijl. 11 ook al in het bezit van deze rechtbank en nu ingebracht in het kader van ......).

Has anyone come across this before?

Lianne van de Ven Aug 5, 2008:
Second San Barto, could mean "see page V (=5) of appendix 11." Hopefully there is such a page.
San Barto Aug 5, 2008:
I think the 'zoe' should be 'zie' (typo!)
