Trados 6.0 and Adobe Acrobat 6. Are they compatible

Hi all
I recently had to uninstall AA6 due to it wiping off the Trados menu from my screen which meant the Fix Document function was inoperable. Are these tools incompatible? Is there any way round this?
Would appreciate any suggestions on how to deal with this or hearing about other colleagues' experiences.
Thanks, Jason.

Incompatibility

This is a known issue, but unfortunately, there is no fix for it.
When I talked to the people at SDL Trados, they said they can only work on compatibility issues involving Windows and the Office Suite.
Their only suggestion was to uninstall Acrobat.
