Proizvod koji je po svojim organoleptičkim svojstvima (karakterističan miris i zrnasta struktura) veoma sličan kravljem maslu je biljna mrs.
Za izraz "biljna mast" sam koristila "vegetable fat", ali za biljnu mrs nisam sigurna. Unapred hvala na pomoći.
