Termbase Prefixes

Hello!

There's an option of setting postfixes to terms in memoQ to ease identification, but what about prefixes? I mean, how can I evade QA errors of not finding terms when working with, say, Arabic language? As there are conjoint articles and different initial forms due to words declensions.
