Source text - English Human rights have become more and more important in the International legal system. Indeed, massive violations of rights, through environmental damages for example, are sometimes framed in the language of private international law and brought before courts as torts cases. Furthermore, with all the Human rights instruments available, courts have started to use human rights principles in place of the exception of public policy or lois de police in some cases.

Source text - French Afin de faire face à la problématique de la sous-représentation des Femmes parmi les dirigeants d’entreprise dans la région de Normandie, un réseau de femmes entrepreneures,
Femmes & Challenges, a été mis en place l’année dernière par la Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie (CCI) Seine Estuaire. Le slogan: “l’audace d’entreprendre par la CCI”.
Lancé depuis un peu moins d’un an, ce dernier compte déjà près de 300 membres, attestant d’une forte volonté d’encourager la population féminine du Havre et des alentours à entreprendre. Femmes & Challenges a pour ambition de fédérer les réseaux des différentes femmes chef d’entreprise sur le territoire Seine Estuaire et créer un grand réseau pour venir en aide aux femmes qui souhaitent se lancer dans l’aventure de l’entrepreneuriat ou bien qui y sont déjà et ont besoin de soutien, que cela soit logistique, administrative ou bien moral.
Translation - English In order to address the issue of under-representation of women among business leaders in the Normandy region, a network of women entrepreneurs, Femmes & Challenges, was set up last year by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Seine Estuaire . Launched a little less than a year ago, it already has nearly 300 members, attesting to a strong desire to encourage the female population of Le Havre and the surrounding areas to create their own companies. Femmes & Challenges' ambition is to federate the networks of the different women entrepreneurs on the Seine Estuaire territory and to create a large network to help women who wish to start the adventure of entrepreneurship or who are already there and need support, whether logistical, administrative or moral.
