Source text - English Many residents in western North Dakota are familiar with the process of petroleum (oil and gas) exploration and production. However, the nation's use of energy and advancing production technologies have produced an upsurge in exploration into new areas of North Dakota where residents are not familiar with the process. Being aware of the steps involved in exploring for, finding, and eventually producing oil and/or gas will aid in understanding the need for some of the provisions mineral owners may wish to include in a mineral lease for their benefit or protection.
The process followed by oil and gas companies to explore for and produce petroleum can be described as five basic steps: 1) initial interest, 2) leasing, 3) geophysical survey, 4) drilling, and 5) production.

يدعي المنظرون في البرمجة اللغوية العصبية أن هناك علاقة بين العمليات العصبية واللغة وأنه يمكن "برمجتها" لخلق تغيير في القدرات الشخصية وطريقة التفكير.

Translation - English Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a pseudoscience approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder of California in the United States in the 1970s.
NLP theorists claim that there is a relationship between neural processes and language and that it can be "programmed" to create a change in personal abilities and way of thinking.
Bandler and Grinder also claim that NLP can "model" the skills of exceptional people, allowing anyone to acquire those skills. In addition, they claim that NLP is often able to treat problems such as phobias, depression, tic disorders, psychosomatic diseases, eye and vision problems, allergies, the common cold, and learning disorders.
NLP is marketed by some "suggestion therapists and hypnotherapists" and by some companies that organize seminars on "management training" for companies.
NLP is classified as a pseudoscience and is not scientifically based.
