In PowerPoint Trados is not translating the slide master

Hi,

I am using Trados 2021.

Not sure what has changed, but with PowerPoint files from a regular client Trados has stopped translating the slide master.

I have to generate the translation and then change the untranslated elements manually, which is very irritating since they are all in the translation memory.

I have tried ticking all the boxes in File Types PowerPoint 2007-2019 for all content to be included for translation, but it does not see... See more

I have tried ticking all the boxes in File Types PowerPoint 2007-2019 for all content to be included for translation, but it does not seem to make any difference.

I can only only assume it is something the client has done when they prepare the files?
