Poll: Have you had any health problems since starting full time translation?

I had a slipped disc in my neck before I started translating full-time, and a second disc is damaged. I use an ergonomic keyboard and mouse to reduce and effectively eliminate the pain in my neck and shoulders. Additionally, I switched to an adjustable desk, so I can work standing and sitting. I think it is important to set up the workplace properly to reduce work-related pain.

I shared this not in the intention to receive some cheerfuls comments ( which I appreciate, of course), but more to warn people that they should and have to take care of themselves, before it's too late.
