To sign contracts and agreements with customers, agents and representatives for the sale or rental of products and services offered by the Company through its registered Representative Office only within the Identified Area, and to sign contracts and agreements for the purchase of supplies, services and materials used in the day-to-day business of the Company.
2. To sign bids on behalf of the Company for the sale of products, services, or equipment offered by the Company through its registered Representative Office within the Identified Area.
3. To represent the Company before all Governmental or regulatory authorities, departments, agencies and bodies, and to make all declarations, affidavits and statements and to sign all documents required by any of the foregoing or necessary in connection with any matters relating thereto.
4. To make, endorse, sign, declare, or swear to any customs entry, withdrawal, declaration, certificate, carnet or any other documents required by law or regulation in connection with the importation or transportation of any merchandise in or through the Identified Area, shipped or consigned to the Company.
5. To perform any act or condition which may be required by law or regulation in connection with the importation or transportation of such merchandise deliverable to the Company.
6. To sign Bank guarantee letters, applications and bank guarantee contracts required in connection with the import and export of the Company s products and services from or into the Identified Area.

Yalnız Müəyyənləşdirilmiş ərazi daxilində özünün rəsmi Nümayəndəliyi vasitəsilə Şirkət tərəfindən təklif olunan məhsul və xidmətlərin satışına və ya icarəyə verilməsinə dair müştərilər, agentlər və nümayəndələr ilə saziş və müqavilələr imzalamaq, həmçinin Şirkətin gündəlik fəaliyyətində istifadə olunacaq təchizat mallarının, xidmətlərin və materialların satın alınmasına dair saziş və müqavilələr imzalamaq.
2. Müəyyənləşdirilmiş ərazi daxilində Şirkət tərəfindən təklif edilən məhsul, xidmət və ya avadanlıqların satışına görə vaxtaşırı olaraq verilmiş tender təkliflərini Şirkətin adından imzalamaq.
3.
