VIII.
Záverečné ustanovenia
1. Táto zmluva nadobúda účinnosť dňom 20.12.2010.
2. Všetky zmeny a doplnky tejto zmluvy možno vykonať len po vzájomnej dohode zmluvných strán, a to formou písomného dodatku.
3. Neplatnosť alebo neúčinnosť jednotlivých ustanovení tejto zmluvy nemá vplyv na platnosť, resp. účinnosť ostatných ustanovení.
4. Zmluva je vyhotovená vo dvoch rovnopisoch, z ktorých jeden obdrží poskytovateľ služieb a jeden klient.
5. Zmluvné strany vyhlasujú, že si zmluvu prečítali, jej obsahu porozumeli a bez výhrad s ním súhlasia, na znak čoho ju vlastnoručne podpisujú.

VIII.
Final Provisions
1. The contract takes effect on December 20th 2010.
2. Any changes and amendments to the Contract can be performed only upon written issuance of a mutually agreed Contract Amendment signed by both contracting parties.
3. Nullity or ineffectiveness of any stipulation of the Contract does not affect applicability or effect of the other stipulations.
4. The Contract is made in two identical copies and each contracting party (the Client and the Contractor) receives a copy.
5. The contracting parties herewith agree that they have read the Contract, have fully understood the Contract in its entirety and that it represents their mutual agreement and they confirm the consent with own signatures.
