Portuguese term

Central de Atendimento ao Cliente

Portuguese to English Medical Medical (general) Medical report
Bear with me, please....I know this usually means "Customer Service Center" but I'm not sure in the context of a medical report. The doctor's name is listed, then the name of the "Cliente" -- seems to me this should be "Patient," but there's so little context. It's a very short text with a brief statement about some exams. Then the next thing in the list is "Central de Atendimento ao Cliente". Any ideas?

The fashion now is to refer to patients as "clients"--at least in the

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks, Muriel..this is what I needed to know. It seems to me that if the writer wanted to say Patient Service Center, he/she would have used the word "paciente"."

Patient Service Center

Porque nao substituir simplesmente Customer por Patient para o restringir especificamente a um contexto médico?
Note from asker:
Yes, I had thought of this because it seems so obvious...I just wanted to make sure that "Cliente" is actually used to mean "Patient" - that this is common usage, as I hadn't heard it before.
