Direito/Patentes
Direito (geral)

partnership with employees
No American Heritage, há uma descrição para Partnership: "A relationship between individuals or groups that is characterized by mutual cooperation and responsibility, as for the achievement of a specified goal." Fica a sugestão.

co-operative
Sounds like a co-operative model to me, in this case sadly involving fraud.
Workers co-operatives, financial co-operatives, business and agricultural co-operatives can be excellent models if run well.
The John Lewis partnership in Britain operates in this way, the following link gives an explanation of their co-operative model.
