@Richard, Mario, I too agree that the act of jection is almost certainly na absolute but here they seem to be talking about more people rejecting na idea that would have been considerd normal. Say 95% of the folk in Barcelona has said no to the concept of Independence because of na external factor (Madrid says they will abiolish all taxes in the region) wouldn't that be an'over rejection'?

Agreeing with Richard, That rejecting is a pretty absolute act. However, if you have something that is being rejected several times in a row, it may be considered as being over-rejected, IMO.
