As a native English speaker, I don't think I have every seen the phrase "executive documentation", whereas "supplementary documentation" is very common. Is it possible, Natalija, that the LT > EN translation you are doing is actually a back translation of an originally English document that has been translated into Lithuanian? If so, it could be that the original document had "supplementary documentation", and this was not entirely satisfactorily translated into Lithuanian as „išpildomoji dokumentacija“.

Čia gali būti lietuviškai netaisyklingai surašyta: turėtų būti ne išpildomoji, o vykdomoji dokumentacija. Jeigu jie būtų turėję omenyje papildomą dokumentaciją, tai tikriausiai taip ir būtų parašę.
