partner
取引業者 - depends on what comes before the 取引, but in general, "partner"
取引先 - customer (client)
業者 - company
仕入れ取引業者 - supplier
More context is needed for more accurate definitions, however, because 業者 is very context dependent.

Comment: "Thank you Marc and Mulberryfield. Both answers were helpful though in my document sometimes it's difficult to tell if they're dealing with someone who supplies or who purchases from the context."

trader or contractor
I would assume the first two probably refer to the same thing in your context: trader or contractor. The second one may be just "business", "trader", "contractor", "vendor", "operator", etc. whether anonymously or not. The last one seems to be better translated as "supplier".
