nous vous demandons de bien vouloir nous faire parvenir votre meilleure offre tarifaire pour les prestations pré-presse (travaux d’exécution et de photogravure)
I realise more and more how idiosyncratic printing terminology is and how ignorant I am of it. All suggestions welcome!

depending exactly which branch of printing industry you're in. sometimes referred to as "layout" -- means getting the 'plates' (which may of course be virtual, but it's a terminologically very conservative métier) ready.

Alternatively, if the work is being handed over to the printer after the page makeup stage in nominally print-ready form (e.g. as PDF's) then the term "make-ready" might be a closer fit; this describes the last stages of making the job ready for plate-making and printing (e.g. colour separation, applying correct screens to pictures, adding press registration marks ...).
One definition (not sure that the schmilblik is measurably displaced by this, but still): http://www.artekrepro.fr/dictionnaire-e.html "Exécution (exécuter); Réalisation d’un document au net, propre à la reproduction."

Could "exécution et photogravure" simply mean "digital/print"?
I've found "MCBRANDO will launch soon the brand new website for Agora Printing.
Agora Printing NV's Pre-press Division has undergone significant expansion and deals with the layout and photogravure printing" http://www.mcbrando.be/news/index2.html , which is the right field, but they seem to be a lone voice and not native speakers...
