I think your rules idea works well. There are even several "self-help" books out there on Amazon called "The Rules of Seduction", particular one awful one that was a best-seller on how to catch a man "The Rules: Time-Tested Secrets for Capturing the Heart of Mr. Right" Good lord!
Anyway, it will be sure to strike a chord :-)
