I had translated contrats de travail as ' employment contracts' and 'contrats d'entreprise' as 'corporate contracts' but after the explanation of the French terms I am not sure anymore ??

: As stated by Laurel, a "contrat de travail" is simply an employment contract, but I think "contrat d'entreprise" might relate to a Union Contract (with the company) in this case.
