Le Collaborateur bénéficiera d'un bureau, des salles de réunion et du salon d'attente du Cabinet, tant pour effectuer les travaux qui lui seront confiés que pour traiter les dossiers de ses propres clients qu'il pourra recevoir dans les conditions garantissant le secret professionnel et *****l'efficacité de son concours****.
My sense is that this refers to working conditions that will optimize the collaborator's involvment, just can't think of an elegant way of inserting that idea into this sentence.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
