English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Dear Friends, please look through the sample invoice cover letter below and tell me if it is ok or if it needs some improvement.

Specifically I am interested if it is possible (if necessary) to get rid of one of the for's in the first sentence.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all in advance!

To avoid the repetition of "in" too many times, you can start the letter: Please find attached our invoice No.....

This would be an easy way to get rid of the repetition. Also, it sounds more natural, to me, at least, to simiply state "work and service" even when referring to different jobs or tasks that were performed.
