Я увлекаюсь языками, я интересуюсь языками; even so: ' я помешан на языках!' (freak в отношении языков)
(this variant in case you mean you indulge in languages, take great pleasure in learning/speaking languages, or you are simply interested in language matters, it is your hobby to learn/speak tongues... (to be into = to like smth., right? see: I am really into robots and androids, almost into believing I am one. When I was a kid I remember reading magazines and articles about the future...)

: also might be shorter - just "увлекаюсь языками" and I guess it will preserve the double "anatomy/language" sense as well
