Occasionally, when placing insurance with a number of insurers, we shall obtain subscriptions by insurers which are in excess of 100% of the cover required (for example, to ensure the risk is placed more evenly with a variety of insurers).
In such circumstances, unless otherwise detailed within the terms of the insurance, we shall sign down each insurer's share on a pro rata basis or on a basis that provides the most beneficial premium to you to provide a 100% subscription of the cover required.
