for-profit corporation
This is exactly what a "društvo kapitala" is, as opposed to a "sole proprietorship" or a "partnership" as well as to a "not-for-profit corporation".

A "društvo kapitala" is a "preduzeće", and since corporations can also be not-for-profit, preserving this distiction might be a good idea.
Alternatively, you can call it a "business corporation" (to avoid the word "profit") or, simply, "corporation".
"Investors and entrepreneurs often form joint stock companies and incorporate them to facilitate a business; as this form of business is now extremely prevalent, the term corporation is often used to refer specifically to such business corporations. Corporations may also be formed for local government (municipal corporation), policial, religious, and charitable purposes (not-for-profit corporation), or government programs (government-owned corporation)." (Wikipedia)
Whatever you call it, it is important to indicate that it's a business ("for-profit") and that it's not a sole proprietorship or partnership.
