Looking ���� in the dictionary and found clarified butter and ghee.

But the context i given, after one finished the fist art practice would have the feeling like savouring ghee or clarified butter. But not really tasting the butter.

I think the idea behind this expression is to emphasize the feelings of serenity and clarity.

agree samnunns : I think 醍醐 is just like breeze, which represents something that would make one feel good. There's also another saying, "醍醐灌頂" that bears the same meaning as our context,可見和"飲用"與否沒有多大關係,重點是"帶給人舒暢的感覺"
