Ciao Simona. Non sembra esistere nessuna sigla "KO" nell'e-commerce. Avevo pensato a un uso metaforico di "KO" per indicare un ordine annullato, ma dato che si parla di "incident", si potrebbe pensare sempre a un uso figurato dell'acronimo per definire un eventuale danneggiamento subito dall'articolo, evidentemente durante la spedizione.

Comment: "Il cliente ha chiesto di lasciare in inglese senza ulteriori spiegazioni. Credo che knockout stia per 'completato' o 'eliminato' (sempre in senso figurati, nel senso di 'fuori gioco') ma è solo una mia supposizione. Grazie a tutti per l'aiuto"
