Number 9 is where I am not sure what specifically is milled. Does "Stirn" refer to the end face? How would "vor Kopf-Rundung" be correctly translated?

The phrase sounds strange. I assume a grammatical error. Probably both terms designate the same part: 'the forehead'.

Discussion
As in Johannes' post below, Stirn can be front or face... For Kopf I'd either only use head, but Kopf often only indicates the top, so maybe top will work here... off the cuff "milling of the front side or below the top rounding", but as I have not much expertise in manufacturing, this is more of a guesstimate... just stumbled over the forehead in the list... I can put down laminate, but not manufacture it... I can only guess that step 9 is where the do the "Nut" (as in Nut und Feder)... if my guess is correct, then I would use front... the face to me would be the part that remains visible one the laminate is put down... good luck with this!
