Hi guys,

I need a little help with the following sentence with regard to "vollstreckt" in particular:

Ein solcher wichtiger Grund liegt insbesondere vor, wenn:

wenn in den Geschäftsanteil des Gesellschafters oder in dessen Auseinandersetzungsanspruch vollstreckt wird und die Vollstreckungsmaßnahme nicht binnen zwei Monaten aufgehoben wird.

agree AllegroTrans : I think you could better say "if execution is issued" and leave out "writ" which is a term specific to cerrain countries and isn't really necessary

excution is levied against...

suggestion: 'if execution is levied /e.g. by an (IrE) well (UK) charging order/ against the member's (shareholder's or partner's) ordinary share or against the latter's entitlement to any (partnership leaving?) balance due and the levy of execution is not set aside within 2 months.'

NB execution in Scots law would be called 'carrying out of diligence'!
