Desalination plant
Hi, a further one from the request for tenders for marine works/desalination plant. Again, this is general phraseology rather than technical as such.
"Identificación, evaluación e incorporación de nuevas Oportunidades de EE u optimizaciones, posibles de incorporar en la ingeniería de detalles." (where EE is Energy Efficiency)
My take on it is "Identification, evaluation and incorporation of new EE opportunities or optimizations. As possible, incorporate into the detailed engineering design."
But I'm not happy... 'optimizations, which may be incorporated'? 'optimizations, and where possible, incorporate them'?
Other thoughts very welcome, please

Spanish term (edited):
posibles de incorporar
Selected
possible
I would weed "de incorporar" out as a redundancy. See below.
Example sentence:
Identificación, evaluación e incorporación de nuevas Oportunidades de EE u optimizaciones, posibles de incorporar en la ingeniería de detalles.
Identify, evaluate and incorporate possible new EE Opportunities or optimizations into the detailed engineering design.
Note from asker:
Yes, nice, thank you James - I think I just need a fresh brain and shall go shopping. All will be clear when I return. |

Discussion
Mind you, now I read James' with a fresh brain (I think I really was getting too tired last night), I understand too, and it is a really neat solution.
"...nuevas oportunidades para introducir eficiencia energética (o para optimizarla) e incorporarla en el diseño de ingeniería de detalle".
Spanish is not fond of acronyms: "EE" here is just useless lingo and, while shortening the typing, it just makes comprehension more difficult, and adding useless complexity to an engineering text (which, usually, is complex enough of its own) is not a measure of sophistication -I will not say what I think about it, lest I get my comment deleted....
I guess my "translation" into plain Spanish makes its translation easier:
...new opportunities to introduce EE, or to optimize it, and to incorporate it into the detailed engineering design as it becomes feasible".
