Nel mio caso si parla di una specie di società i cui componenti appartengono a una stessa famiglia. Qualcos adel genere... la madre ha il 51% (per cui è la responsabile) e i figli si dividono il resto delle quote. Non credo che "family (run) business" vada bene, in quanto cerco proprio un termine legale che corrisponda a questo tipo di società.

non mi sembra che c'entri molto con l'italiano... mentre è più affine a "nepotismo" (una delle voci a cui fa rimanda)
Forse in inglese (UK, ho dimenticato di specificare) semplicemente non esiste una cosa del genere all'interno del loro ordinamento giuridico.
