coating
Text is as follows:
Sur matériaux traditionnels, parpaings, briques et pour des enduits extérieurs, dans tous les cas, on appliquera un gobetis ou cinglage dosé de 500 à 600 kg de ciment au m3 de sable, soit 1 brouette à 1 brouette et demi par sac de ciment.
All I could find was slashing or shingling.
Thanks for help offered.

In theory cinglage is the operation of throwing/casting/dashing a coating onto the wall using a broom: the broom head is dunked in the mix, then flicked towards the wall but stopped by a stick held in the other hand, so the cement mix flies off onto the wall [Dicobat].

: The mind boggles! Your reference is not a professional source and the writer uses the expression "to whip up", which is a non-technical expression that just means to make something by mixing stuff together.

dash bond coat
DASH BOND COAT
A dash bond coat, sometimes called a slush coat, is a fluid mixture of cement, fine sand and water which is dashed onto the surface of a substrate to improve the adhesion of subsequent application of cement plaster to the base. The slush coat may be dashed onto concrete, clay bricks, existing cement plaster or concrete block walls. A dash bond coat is an excellent, time-proven method of improving the adhesion of Portland cement plaster to walls and soffits of buildings, slabs, the interior of swimming pools and to block walls of dairy barns, among other applications.
