In dealing with customer complaints:
The way the conversation will continue depends heavily, among other things, upon your attitude towards the complainant. In this kind of situation and constellation (you taking the full blow of the customer’s frustration and fury), one might be drawn into calling the customer names. Jerk, idiot, loony are just the more common ones. Rather, take a service attitude towards it all. This changes your perspective. The negative label fades into the background, the service stance gets more important. You are becoming solution-focused and, thereby, automatically more understanding with respect to the customer. This means that a decisive step was taken for successful complaint escalation.

في مجال الخدمات ولاسيَّما شركات خدمة المعلوماتية يستعمل هذا المصطلح لمتابعة دورة حياة أية سيرورة مثل الشكوى أو طلب خدمة بصورة عامة
وهذا يذكرنا بالجيش الذي يطلب فيه من الجنود برفع طلباتهم عن طريق التسلسل

it is very obvious that something went wrong, as the modifier "successful" - as per context- can not match "complaint escalation". So, it should be "complaint de-escalation"

I am not sure if it is correct to translate escalation here as "تصعيد"

يستخدم هذا المصطلح للإشارة إلى عملية تقديم المشكلة إلى موظفي خدمة العملاء، وتصعيد (رفع) المشكلة إلى من أعلى في الخبرة والمرتبة حتى التوصل إلى الحل. العملية متعارف عليها في وسط الشركات المعلوماتية نظرًا لحاجة العملاء لحل المشاكل التي تواجههم أثناء استخدام الخدمات. في حالة مواجهة مشكلة على العميل تقديمها إلى موظف الخدمة، وهنا حال عجز الموظف عن التوصل إلى مناسب، عليه "تصعيد" المشكلة لمن هم أكثر دراية وخبرة
