French term

PM (sel fin)

French to English Art/Literary Food & Drink Recipes
I've been searching everywhere for the meaning of PM, which is used several times in a recipe: PM sel fin, PM garniture aromatique.
Pincée/pointe moyenne? But I've never seen it used in a recipe.
In English Ive translated it so far as a pinch of salt, hint of seasoning.

Anyone familiar with the acronym out there?

agree Bourth (X) : To taste. Has come up at least twice before, so PM should be in the glossaries (though unsearchable because only 2 letters).

pincée moyenne

si tu google pm+sel fin+fromage, tu verras PM asocié à sel fin dans plein de recettes! aucune élucidationen clair, mais sur un des sites j'ai trouvé PM 10g, je suis quasi sûre que c'est pincée moyenne. petit montant ça ne colle pas du tout car pas trop de sens donc je mettrais medium pinch of salt or good pinch of salt
