deflection contours

"Flèche" meaning "deflection" (though a different word may well be used in your context, depending on what they are actually talking about).

"Iso" means "the same as", and a "courbe" is a curve, of course, only here we are talking about curves plotted for constant values, like the contours of a topographical map showing elevations at 5m intervals say.
