I am a freelance translator with more than 18 years of Ar<>Eng<>Ru translation, interpretation, and localization experience.

I am specialized in the engineering, legal, social, marketing, and other fields.

I obtained my master degree in computer engineering from the Technological University of Paddilia, Ukraine  in 1998.

I studied at the ITT Institute in Arlington, Texas in 2011-2013. 

I have been working as Independent contractor with various US departments such as DoD, US Department of Health, and US Department of Education .


I am also well recognized in the fields of IT, manufacturing, oil & gas, politics, and military & defense.
