Source text - Russian Архитектурно-строительные решения разработаны на основании проекта, согласованного заказчиком и утвержденного в установленном порядке.
Проект строительства производственно-складского здания филиала ООО "ЭсСиЭй Хайджин Продактс Раша". Участок производственно-складского здания расположен по адресу:
г. Советск, Тульская обл., Щекинский район, МО Советск, г. Советск, ул. Молодежная, 9.
Объект располагается, в районе со следующими климатическими характеристиками:
расчетная снеговая нагрузка-180 кг/м²;
нормативная ветровая нагрузка-30 кг/м²;
расчетная температура наиболее холодной пятидневки-минус 27°С.
а) Проект строительства производственно-складского здания, с этажностью: в административно-бытовой части здания - 2 уровня, в производственно-складской части здания - 1 этаж. Здание представляет собой прямоугольный объем размером в плане,
в осях 1-31 и А-Ф 120,53 x 74,4 м и общей площадью - 7079,39м². Основная высота здания - 12,30 и 32,70 м по кровле и максимальной высотой по кровельным надстройкам 35,45 м.
Проектируемый объект подключается к существующим инженерным сетям, с учетом проектируемой транспортной инфраструктурой. На кровле здания устанавливается зенитный фонарь с электроприводом на отм. +32.000 что способствует лучшему естественному освещению производственно-складской зоны.
Интерьер здания будет решаться в светло-теплых тонах для комфортного пребывания на производстве.
б) Проектируемое объемно-пространственное и архитектурно-художественное решение здания, создает образ целостного объема, созданного по принципу содержания и формы производственного здания, увязанного с существующей окружающей застройкой.
в) Материалы, использованные для наружной отделки фасадов, предусматриваются из панелей типа сэндвич, полной заводской готовности (ООО "Теплант", толщиной 100 мм) по каркасу.
Цветовое решение фасада здания выполняется в два цвета: бежевого цвета RAL 1015 и синего цвета RAL 5005. Окна-ПВХ и алюминиевый профиль (RAL 1015), цоколь оштукатуривается влагостойкой смесью с последующей штукатуркой и покраской в серый цвет. Толщина наружных стен 100мм (сэндвич-панели), толщина стен из пеноблоков (Ytong) 625x250x200 с использованием монтажного клея Волма монтаж, часть стен выполнена из монолитного Ж/б-200 мм, толщина перегородок (АБК)-гипсокартон ГКЛ в 2 слоя Knauf 12,5мм (толщена стены 150мм), санузлы-гипсокартон влагостойкий ГКЛВ в 2 слоя Knauf 12,5мм (толщена стены 150мм).
За относительную отметку ±0.000 принят уровень чистого пола проектируемого производственно-складского здания, его абсолютная отметка соответствует 180,60.
Кровля на отм. +12,300/+32,700 выполняется из материала ПВХ мембрана LOGICROOF - 1.8мм
Translation - English Architectural construction solutions are developed basing on the project finalized by client and approved in due order.
Construction project of production and storage building of "SCA Hygiene Products Russia" branch. Section of production and storage building is located at the following address:
Sovetsk town, Tula region, Schekinsky district, municipality Sovetsk, Sovetsk town, Molodezhnaya str., 9.
The object is located in the region with following climatic characteristics:
-Calculated snow load -180 kg/m²;
-Normative wind load -30 kg/m²;
- temperature of the coldest 5 day period -27 °С;
а) Construction project of production and storage building with number of floors:
in administration part of the building - 2 levels, in production-storage part - 1 floor. The building makes rectangular volume with dimensions in plan view, within axes 1-31 and А-F 120,53 x 74,4 m and overall area of 7079,39м². Main height of the building is 12,30 and 32,70 m at roof coating and maximum height at roof overstories is 35,45 m.
Designed facility is connected to existing utilities taking into account planned transport infrastructure. Sky light with electric drive is located at the roof coating at the level of +32.000 , which helps to improve natural lighting of the of production and storage zone.
Interior design of the building will be designed in light and warm colours in order to ensure comfortable staying at production area.
b) Developed dimensional and architectural concept of the building creates an image of integral volume based on the principle of shape and content of production object harmonized with existing surrounding buildings.
c) Materials used for outside finishing of the facades are set out of ready-to-use sandwich panels ( "Teplant" Ltd, of 100 mm thickness) along framework.
Colour scheme of building façade is solved in two colours: beige RAL 1015 and blue RAL 5005. Windows – PVC and aluminum profile (RAL 1015), socle is treated by moisture proof mix with further plastering and painting with grey colour. Thickness of outer walls is 100 mm (sandwich panels), thickness of walls made of foam concrete blocks (Ytong) 625x250x200 with usage of structural adhesive Volma montazh; part of walls is made of cast reinforced concrete 200 mm, thickness of separating walls (administrative building)-gypsum board in 2 layers, Knauf 12,5 mm (wall thickness 150mm), sanitary arrangements – gypsum board moisture resistant in 2 layer, Knauf 12,5mm (wall thickness 150mm). Finished floor level of the designed production-storage building is to be considered as reference mark ±0.000, its absolute mark is 180,60.
Roof coating at the level +12,300/+32,700 is made of PVC membrane material LOGICROOF - 1.8 mm

Source text - English ALAN has been carrying out the LEED Consultancy of the Lakhta Center Project.
On October 2014, ALAN Architecture and Project Management and Samsung C&T concluded the contract for LEED Consultancy Services for the currently under construction project ‘Lakhta Center Complex’ in St. Petersburg, which includes the next tallest building in Europe. On June 2015, on the 8th month of the total 42 month consultancy period, with the help of ALAN Architecture and Project Management, both buildings in the complex were awarded with ‘LEED GOLD Precertification’.
The Lakhta Center is a mixed-use public, business and an educational complex which consists of the 462 meter-tall tower and the multifunctional building; which will be the headquarters of Gazprom Neft Company and its subsidiaries. The center represents a self-consistent spatial composition with a vertical dominance. Dynamics of the architectural composition reflect water motion and energy, the very same natural element which forms the ideology of St. Petersburg being the Russian seaport capital and a “window to Europe”. Strategic position of Lakhta Center at the cost of the Gulf of Finland and especially the positioning of its high altitude dominant, being a kind of light tower, clearly seen from the whole water basin of Neva Bay of approximately 380 square kilometers, including the newly built cruise terminal, will create a new sea facade of St. Petersburg forming original sea gates at the city line.
The total area of the buildings and facilities is 400,000m2, more than half of the areas will be designated for public use, and the center’s accessibility for everyone is a crucial point on the design. At the same time, more than 50% of the site is designated for greenery and landscaping. An open amphitheater with 2000 seats and green promenade areas are included in the landscape design. The site’s location was critically decided on the former industrial zone to improve the ecological situation of the area, besides restoring the damaged natural areas, the complex could help with the problem of preserving the migration stops of migrating birds in Nevskaya guba.
The concept of a new district in Lakhta is aimed primarily at reducing the energy consumption and green transportation. With the implementation of double façade skin and buffer zones, both heat insulation and natural ventilation would reduce the heating and cooling consumptions drastically. Moreover, all the buildings of the complex would consist sensors to adjust the interior lighting considering the daylight conditions of St. Petersburg. Sensors would also be implemented to the plumbing system to reduce water consumption. On the transportation side, an express light rail system to the district would be implied to the development, additionally, a water transport system would be launched on the coast of the Gulf, which would reduce the carbon dioxide emission significantly.
Smart waste disposal system is an essential part of the development, considering the total waste quantity of the complex is approximately 3,433,498 tons / year. A vacuum waste disposal system would be introduced to the complex, which includes collection and transportation systems, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, implement recycling and waste disposal is required by 20 times less frequent than in a conventional system.

Компания «ALAN Архитектурное проектирование и управление проектами» и Samsung C&T в октябре 2014 года заключили контракт об оказании консультационных услуг в области LEED сертификации для находящегося в данный момент в стадии строительства проекта Лахта Центра в г. Санкт-Петербург, который включает в себя второе по высоте здание в Европе. В июне 2015 г., на восьмом месяце общего 42-месячного периода консультирования, с помощью «ALAN Архитектурное проектирование и управление проектами» оба здания комплекса получили сертификат «Предаттестация LEED GOLD».
Лахта Центр представляет собой многофункциональный объект, который включает общественный, деловой и образовательный комплекс; состоящий из башни высотой 462 м и многоцелевого здания, в котором разместится головной офис предприятия «Газпром Нефть» и его дочерние компании. Центр представляет собой гармоничную пространственную композицию с ярковыраженной вертикальной доминантой. Динамика архитектурного ансамбля воплощает в себе движение и энергию воды – природной стихии, которая отражает саму сущность Санкт-Петербурга, являющегося главным морским портом России и «окном в Европу». Стратегическое расположение Лахта Центра на побережье Финского залива, в особенности его высотной доминанты, имеющей сходство с маяком, хорошо обозреваемое со всей акватории Невской губы с территорией в 380 квадратных километров, включая недавно построенный терминал для круизных судов, создаст новый водный фасад Санкт-Петербурга, формируя оригинальные морские ворота в черте города.
Общая площадь зданий и сооружений проекта составляет 400,000 м2, более половины площади будет предназначено для общественного использования, поэтому важной стороной проекта является его транспортная доступность. В то же время, более 50% территории будет отведено под зеленые насаждения и ландшафтный дизайн. В проекте также присутствуют открытый амфитеатр на 2000 мест и зеленая прогулочная аллея. Месторасположение объекта было неслучайно определено на территории бывшей промзоны, так как это поможет улучшить экологическую обстановку района, а также восстановить поврежденные природные зоны; в частности, комплекс может содействовать решению проблемы сохранения миграционных стоянок перелетных птиц в акватории Невской губы.
Концепция нового района Лахты нацелена, в первую очередь, на снижение потребления энергии и создание экологичной транспортной системы. Вследствие применения двойных фасадных систем и буферных зон, существующая в комплексе теплоизоляция и естественная вентиляция позволят существенно снизить затраты на отопление и охлаждение объекта. Кроме того, все здания комплекса будут оснащены датчиками, позволяющими регулировать внутреннее освещение объекта в зависимости от условий естественной освещенности Санкт-Петербурга. Датчики будут также вмонтированы в водопроводно-канализационную сеть с целью уменьшения расхода воды. К проекту планируется подвод ветки легкорельсового транспорта, а также будет пущена отдельная линия водного транспорта вдоль побережья Финского залива, что позволит значительно уменьшить выброс углекислого газа.
Интеллектуальная система обработки отходов является существенной частью проекта, учитывая тот факт, что общий объем отходов, производимых комплексом, составит приблизительно 3,433,498 т в год. В комплексе будет задействована вакуумная система обработки отходов, которая будет включать в себя систему сбора и транспортировки, понижающую выброс углекислого газа. В этом случае обработка и переработка отходов требуется в 20 раз реже, чем в традиционной системе.
