Can't find License Manager - how to return license?

Dear colleagues,
I'm trying to return a license from my old laptop (running Studio 2017, Desktop is on 2019 in the meantime). Trados help pages suggest using the License Manager and quotes a specific path. However, I can't find the app anywhere.
Any hints or other ideas how to return the license?
Many thanks in advance, kind regards Erik

I had another license open (unused - always had access to activating my 2 licenses on 2 separate computers) so I activated that one. I also emailed their support and had them free up the other license since you can't force return licenses yourself anymore. HTH
