Hello everyone! Opening a SDLXLIFF or a Trados package opens a new instance of Trados, without opening the file. Any ideas?

This used to happen to me as well, before I reinstalled Windows (for non-related reasons). At the time when I had this behaviour, I simply taught myself to open SDLXLIFF files and packages the long way: run Trados, then use File > Open or File > New.
