I'm still working with Trados 2015. Since some time I have the following problem with an important customer: He often sends me TMs with aligned documents. Everything used to be problem-free. Now, however, it often happens that aligned text passages are not displayed to me. Neither in the segment (even though there are 100% matches) nor when searching via F3. Sometimes such "disappeared" passages appear unexpectedly when I search for something else at a later stage in the translation.

Might this be due to Trados 2015? The customer is using the 2019 version and of course doesn't experience the same problem. To him all matches are displayed just the way it should be.
