I do PE with memoq (server based, memq 9.2.7) and I always have the problem that there are too many spaces (space tab space). I need to delete these spaces manually. Is there any way with search and replace to search for this string " tab " and replace it with "tab"?

Hi Christiane,
I don't know how to isolate tab tags among other inline tags, but if you only have tab tags with leading and trailing spaces, you can replace " (\itag) " with "$1" (remove quotation marks when doing so). The regex mode should be turned on and the 'Search within tags as well' checkbox unchecked.
This covers all inline tags (red and grey 'bricks'). So, if you have both tab- and non-tab tags, maybe it is worthy of filtering all segments that contain inline tags (Advanced ... See more

Then replace all the remaining tab tags.
