How do you know if a question you have answered has been removed?

Sometimes a question you have answered can be removed by a moderator. However, you don't get an email to notify you of the moderator's action. Is there any way for the answerer to be notified of such a moderator action?

Normally you should be notified by e-mail if a question is removed, afaik.
