Validità certificato tradotto

Salve,
la mia universià mi ha rilasciato un certificato in inglese firmato digitalmente piuttosto che timbrato e firmato a penna. Sul certificato è riportato il decreto italiano che prova la validità del certificato. Volevo capire se in genere all'estero questi certificati sono considerati validi oppure mi conviene richiedere la firma classica.

Firma digitale sì se non richiesta legalizzazione/apostille Dec 24, 2020

La firma digitale conferisce pieno valore legale al documento, ma dipende se ti hanno chiesto anche la legalizzazione.
La legalizzazione o l'Apostille dell'Aja può essere apposta solo su un documento firmato con firma autografa.
Se non è stato richiesto questo timbro, allora puoi andare tranquillo/a con la firma digitale.

C'è scritto che accetano certificati digitali solo se ne riescono a verificare validità. Ma come faccio io a sapere se riusciranno a verificarla? :|
