If you have a minimum of 3 hours for interpreting assignments and the assignment lasts 30 min, you charge the minimum3 hours. If your client says the assignment will last from 8AM - 12PM (4 hours) and it ends up lasting only 3 hours, do you charge for 3 or 4 hours?
