Hi guys,
I'm planning on changing my specialism to the Food & Drink Industry? I'm going to be targeting clients in hotels, restaurants, beverage suppliers, chefs, etc.
Just wondering if anyone else works specifically in this industry and has any advice?
My languages are FR/ES>EN.
Thanks a million!

I think the clients you intend to target are spot-on. I would also recommend you to get acquainted with the contemporary food industry that we live in today, if you aren't already, of course. Youtube is full of wonderful channels that talk about food and drink in a nice way, that I believe would help you getting used to at least the kind of discourse used.
