How to import TMX file into Wordfast

Hi, I urgently need to import TM in TMX file into Wordfast.
However, I can only key in URL address on my Wordfast and I do not know how to import...
My agent is on a weekend now. I would appreciate any support!

I use Wordfast Anywhere, and I could solve the problem by referring to them.
