Issue with Multiterm after update to Studio 2017 SR1

Good morning,

Now when I'm working in a project and want to save a term (ctrl F2 or ctrl+shift F2), Multiterm begins "to tremble" very quickly and needs a lot of time before saving.

Ist this issue known? Has anybody a solution? (Laptop Toshiba Satellite -Windows 10- 16 Go Ram - 64 bits)
All ist updated.
