Hi everyone, Iʻm looking for alternative open-source software to the Okapi filters.
In fact, Iʻm looking for any filter that will convert PDF files to xliff format so I can translate the translatable text - and best, with an integrated OCR functionality to extract pixelated text - and convert them back to pdf with the new text.
Any suggestions?
