Bitrix, File Export and Import

Hello,
Is anyone familiar with 1c-Bitrix CMS? I guess it's more popular in Russia.

I need to translate a Bitrix web-site.
I was thinking of the usual process: 1) export all translatable text into an xml or html file, 2) then translate it with CAT (Trados or ABBYY SmartCat) 3) then import the translation back in 4) review translated site and make smaller edits.

How can this be utilized with Bitrix?
